Description.

Clump forming, spread up to 4m. Grey/green leaves , up to 2.2 m long, armed with sharp teeth and terminal spine. Will grow just about anywhere with good drainage. Naturalised in many parts of Europe and can be quite invasive. One of the faster growing agaves.

There are also many attractive varigated forms.
